Now that iRacing.com approaches Season 4 the addition of hosted races has promoted the concept of weekly league races for our drivers. Currently, there are plans to run a multi-class road series for the top two iRacing vehicles, which receive the most votes in the Road Racing Poll, located to the right of the website. Currently, the Corvette C6-R has the most votes with five, followed by the Dallara Indy Car with two. The classes will be regarded as GT1 and GT2, while the oval series still does not have enough votes to lean towards any specific series. Visit our forum area to the "Post for Participation" thread if you would like a say in a day to race.

Once a proper car, time, and day is selected we will begin to negotiate a schedule that best suits a blend of free content, as well as a mixture of tracks that provide unique characteristics, and a historical energy that will be transferred to our own Official Series.

Hosted races are going to cost $3 per race, or $6 a week if we decide to run a Official Road and an Official Oval series every week, which pushes the overall cost upwards of $24-30 every month. If you would like to contribute to the cost of hosted races, please visit the forums and pledge your desire to do so. Frankly, I would rather not pay for the races entirely by myself, and hopefully we can do something to reward drivers with a desire to contribute, but there is no reason you should feel as if you have to contribute. There is never going to be a fee to race with at ALMotorsports.com, due to our desire to purely have fun, adrenaline-filled races every week.

Initially all of our series will be fixed setups. Prior to race week feel free to submit setups to my e-mail at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Anything that is submitted will be posted in our forums for members to try prior to a race. If nothing is submitted and receives mass approval by members,I will attempt to build, or find, a stable setup that should provide the best racing experience. For our road series, the fixed setup will most likely have a low initial starting point for fuel, to gurantee that all drivers will be required to make at least one pit stop. If anyone has any ideas for setups, schedules, or anything else, feel free to post your thoughts in the ALMotorsports.com forum so all of the members can receive fair input in the layout of the leagues.
